The Center for Irish Music offers instrumental and singing classes for children, youth and adults taught by world-class teachers both privately and in a group setting. CIM also offers Irish music workshops throughout the year such as Harvest Home Traditional Irish Music Day and the Minnesota Irish Muic Weekend.

Instruction is organized in three semesters: Fall (17 weeks), Spring (16 weeks) and Summer (10 weeks).

Private Lessons:  Private lesson enrollment is ongoing.  Registration is done manually through our Registration Coordinator, Hannah Carr-Murphy. For more information about private lessons including cost, instructor info, and how to register, go to Private Lessons on this registration site.

Group Classes: To enroll in a group class, click on a course group to browse by category/age.  To see all of our classes listed by name, click on the A to Z Index.

When you've found the group class you want, click the "Register Now!" link. The class will be placed in your shopping cart. Click "Continue Shopping" to select another class, or click Checkout to pay your fees.

Payment: After you've completed our account registration form you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay your fees. As of Summer term 2018, we require a 20% deposit on all lessons and classes to be paid before your first lesson or class.  If you have not paid, you cannot come to your lesson.  Once you have paid your 20% deposit, you're officially enrolled.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the wonderful world of traditional Irish music!

Contact Hannah Carr-Murphy with any technical questions at hcarrmurphy@centerforirishmusic.org.
